About Sebastian

Sebastian is a Principal at Arthur D. Little, based in Dubai, and a member of our TIME Practice. Since joining the consulting industry in 2008, Sebastian has gained experience across the telecommunication, high-tech and health-care industries, primarily focusing on solving key strategic issues: from developing corporate strategies, to expanding portfolios into new markets, to preparing for disruptive market changes. 

In addition, he has gained deep practical digital/online ventures experience with focus on marketplaces and e-commerce, including global start-up ecosystem hubs in Silicon Valley and Berlin.

He is passionate about combining strategic thinking in large companies with his hands-on start-up experience.

Sebastian was born and raised in Germany, but is a global citizen, having lived in Beijing, Singapore, Costa Rica, Dubai, San Francisco and Berlin, where he worked with companies across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. 

Outside work, Sebastian is an avid traveler and an advanced scuba diver.
