About Jungyoun

Jungyoun is a Principal based in the Seoul office and member of the Strategy & Organization Practice in the Automotive and Manufacturing Group. Her main areas of expertise cover strategy definition, customer experience design, digital transformation, and marketing & sales and service effectiveness across a wide variety of industries. 

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Jungyoun worked for more than 10 years in a global management consulting firm. By combining expertise in business with full understanding of industry and market dynamics, she delivered transformational outcomes, helping clients solve their toughest challenges and ensure their future success.  

With her extensive experience, Jungyoun not only developed broad professional knowledge and strategic perspective, but also built trust and credibility with clients, as well as enhanced communication skills and people management capabilities.

Jungyoun is sincere and passionate about being a member of Arthur D. Little and contributing to value-creating growth in the Seoul office.
   
Jungyoun, as a travel enthusiast, loves to meet people from different walks of life, learn to understand different cultures and explore a different side of herself through traveling; she believes traveling is not just about exploring new destinations, but also finding yourself.
