We are interested in strengthening our consulting team with outstanding graduates, and are looking for highly talented people with no or a few years of work experience. As a graduate at Arthur D. Little, you will start as a Business Analyst and immediately become a member of a case team. We are looking for candidates with strong academic results, analytical capabilities and a creative eye to new problems. You are enthusiastic and are able to work in both internal and external teams with people from all levels.
An Experienced Consultant is a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience from consulting. You have demonstrated consistent success in working focused on clients, as a part of a team, and you would now like to work as a project manager addressing strategic challenges clients are facing. It is an advantage that the sector you master is one among telecom, e-health, retail, media, power and utilities or consumer goods. Deep knowledge in digital and big data is an obvious advantage.
You have a strong academic background and hold an MSc and/or MBA or higher. You are fluent in English and in Swedish. Additional languages are also of merit. You have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and are a clear and natural communicator, whether in person or on paper. You'll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, but will thrive just as well in a team.
