Klas is the leader of the Nordic Travel & Transportation practice and based at the Stockholm office of Arthur D. Little, he is affiliated to the Health Care practice and he has extensive experience from serving Private Equity clients and other investors. His functional focus areas are strategy, organization and operational efficiency. Before joining Arthur D. Little in 1999 Klas worked several years in executive positions for Tetra Pak, Kinnevik and Oriflame. Klas holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a degree in Russian language and history from the Swedish Defense Language Institute and Uppsala University.

Ralf’s extensive business consulting experience includes strategy and organization, performance improvement, post-merger integration, change management & project management. Before joining Arthur D. Little, Ralf studied political sciences with a focus on international economics and quantitative empirical research. He also worked for a number of years at the United Nations Center for Science and Technology for Development. His recent consulting experience includes: Strategy development for an economic promotion agency; Change management for a European Ministry of Finance; New public management consulting for a national Ministry of Transportation; Reorganization and cost reduction in a Prime Minister’s agency of a German Federal State; Information management and organizational assistance at UN HQ.

James is a Director of Arthur D. Little UK and the Global Leader of the Risk Management Practice. For many years, he has been involved in risk management related studies in the energy, chemicals, manufacturing, automotive and transport sectors. He is internationally recognised as an expert in the field of risk management. Prior to joining Arthur D. Little he worked in manufacturing R&D. James is fluent in Spanish and English, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese and French. James is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Degree in Engineering Science, with emphasis on Electronic and Control Engineering, from Oxford University.

François-Joseph Van Audenhove is a Partner based in Arthur D. Little's Brussels office. François-Joseph is a member of the Strategy & Organization Practice, he is heading the Travel and Transportation Practice in Benelux and is a member of the Consumer Goods & Retail practice. His functional expertize is focused on strategic studies, performance improvement, marketing & sales, organizational design and sustainability. Van Audenhove specializes in the management of complex strategic and organizational transformation programs.
