A senior hire is a candidate with extensive industrial or functional skills along with the graduate requirements of the entry level candidates. As a senior hire you will apply your skills in the role as a consultant with Arthur D. Little.
To be considered a senior hire you should have 3+ years of relevant work experience. The career level entry point for a senior hire is decided during the interviews as the experience level and background of the candidate are discussed. Many senior hire candidates benefit from building their consultant skill base in the first 6-18 months, before taking full leverage of their functional and industrial skills.
Candidates already with a background from consulting are also often considered a senior hire.
The recruiting process for a senior hire is the same as for graduates, with the difference that it is staffed with more senior Arthur D. Little consultants.
